Eleanor Smith Garrett Collection

Robert W. Nelson Photographs
The Robert W. Nelson Photographs contains ten black and white photographs circa 1918-1923 of prominent Huntsville sites including early Sam Houston Normal Institute buildings, Sam Houston's Woodland Home, and the fourth Walker County Courthouse. It additionally contains a photograph of two women posing by the side of the Old Main Building.
Stovall Masonic and Family Papers Collection
This collection contains materials pertaining to the Stovall family of Houston, Texas. Series 1 features materials related to the Stovall family’s Masonic activities. Series 2 contains personal and educational materials from Pamela Stovall’s childhood, and Series 3 contains photographs and oversized items.
Sweetwater, Texas Rattlesnake Round-Up Calendar Collection
The collection consists of four large calendars themed for the Sweetwater, Texas Rattlesnake Round-Up, donated to SHSU Special Collections by Caroline Crimm.
Valine Hobbs Collection
